To use our crypto withdrawal feature, you must meet the following requirement:
Account Level: You must be at level 5 or higher.
Once the condition has been met, you’ll be able to access the crypto withdrawal option.
If you meet the requirements for crypto withdraws this is how you access it:
You click on your wallet then on withdraw
Following that you click on crypto
Select a coin and enter the desired amount, then withdraw to one of your preferred wallets. The fee preset decide how fast the transaction will be made. (Do note that higher presets make use of higher transaction fees!)
